In order to advanced to Nork-9 you must walk on the center tile in each of the 4 naga lairs then blast the wall along the southeast area (room with 4 doors) to reach the stairs to n-9
To reach Mama Naga, you must blow the middle area of the east wall locates in the middle on n-8
To reach reggie, you must blow the southwest wall then follow the steps until you reach the lair
