Come here after trading for the outer door key, kill the icewurms, icexenors, agrillas until you find an inner door key. Once open the inner door, head to chamberguard. Tell chamberguard Entry to get in to the banditlord lair (Cham, Entry) You can also gain miner faction points here Items found here
