To start St.Patrick's day event, head to the steelflower in nork, look for McGrew.
He tells you to go and try to catch a Leprechaun.
Head around nork to one of the spawn areas and try to find and click him.

Once you catch him, return to McGrew to get a luck packet,
+1 luck when eaten, you get 2 packets but can only get +1 to luck.
do the quest a few more times to get a skill bottle.
Gives Paid training in a random skill
