To begin the memorial day event head over to the area outside the nork ment trainer and look for MacArthur and speak to him.

Visit blue npc's in town to collect a gem from them and bring it to MacArthur
repeat the gem fetching 5 more times

Head over to the nork pool area just outside the steel flower tavern and speak to VetFV to get your reward.

Notes:
A skill book is the reward
Can be repeated an additional time
Can alternate between SirHaldan and Analee to collect gems
The skill book can be held in your hand while paying a skill at your trainer to give you 1.5 times the skill per coin
