Progress past skill 35 (to 37)

Note: Can be skipped in favor of the hermit skill progression quest
 Collect 10 black glands from tengu's in bdc.

Hand in the 10 glands to the npc to receive a black vial.

Brew the black vial with 1 acid pot to receive an ink pot.

Turn the ink pot in at the same npc that you received the black vial from.
( Hold ink pot in right hand, click him. follow his dialog telling him the words in all uppercase letters )
Progress past skill 37 (to 39) Head to the forest area of the Bdc area and search for Hermit, he is located in the southwest corner of the bdc forest area.



Slay Hermit and take a scroll that looks like a statue

Read the scroll by right clicking it while holding it to be able to advance to skill 39
